A lot of things happened recently that I took a random Wednesday off from work for no reason other than to just take a break from it all. I usually spare my vacation time for emergencies but I guess that sudden feeling of panic and persistent feeling of stress counts as an emergency. And oh, I haven't had exercise in months. Oxygen to the brain might be low. I can partly blame that.
